We are located just north of Chicago in Skokie. Our address here is 5250 Old Orchard Road, Skokie, Illinois 60077. Don’t worry. We come straight to your home and/or office. We are 100% Valet.

Our first pick-up/delivery begins each business day at 8:00 AM. Our final pickup delivery each business day is 6:45 PM. Log-on to our Online Schedule for real time availability

We most certainly do. Our Navy Rewards Program includes (3) options: • Small Load (includes 50.0 lbs./month) $49.95/month 

• Large Load (includes 100.0 lbs./month) $99.95/month 

• Super Load (includes 150.0 lbs/month) $149.95/month 

Our current rate for our normal Wash & Fold Service is $1.70/lb with a 20.0 lb minimum. Please call for our most current pricing as rates are subject to change. Give us a call for more details!

Absolutely! We offer same day service on all service requests scheduled for pick-up prior to and up to 9:00 AM. Be aware, there is an additional fee of $10.00 for this service.

Our Online Scheduling (place hyperlink to Online Scheduling) lets you choose the date and time that works within your schedule based on route and availability in real time. We request a minimum of 5-hours before your pick-up. And, your request is based solely on our Online Scheduling. If you book it, we will come.

Absolutely! Your clothing is immediately tagged and placed in one of our laundry bags, then washed separately from everyone else's. Once completed, we recognize your garments into your pocket to return to you.

Our average service request ranges from 25 to 30 pounds, approximately two weeks of laundry. Using a standard scale from home, you can approximate the weight of your garments.
