The Laundry Bag Terms & Conditions

• There is a 20 lb. minimum charge for wash & fold services.
• There is a 10 Piece minimum for dry cleaning/laundering services.

Our current rate for our normal Wash & Fold Service is $1.70/lb with a 20.0 lb minimum. Please call for our most current pricing as rates are subject to change. 

All payment(s) are due upon receipt. No checks accepted. A late-fee of $15.00 applies to all outstanding invoices on the 7th day after Service Request pick-up. THE LAUNDRY BAG accepts:

THE LAUNDRY BAG reserves the right to charge a fee of $15.00 on all invoices that remain outstanding for seven (7) or more calendar days. All wholesale/ commercial clients must inform THE LAUNDRY BAG via phone call and/or in writing a minimum of seven (7) days prior to weekly service of vacations/office closer to prevent late-fee assessment. 

THE LAUNDRY BAG follows the standards and policies set forth by the Fabricare Industry and the International Fabricare Institute. We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. THE LAUNDRY BAG’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. 

THE LAUNDRY BAG limits discount for services to one coupon and/or promotion per household per scheduled service request. In each instance, the client must provide the driver with the coupon upon pick up of their garments to receive their respective discount. THE LAUNDRY BAG requires that all minimums be met prior to discount. 

THE LAUNDRY BAG reserves the right to charge a fee of $15.00 for multiple (maximum of two) delivery attempts.
